Yes, all of our drinkware can be customized with your logo or design.
We offer multiple customization methods, including screen printing, laser engraving, and full-color digital printing, along with a variety of color options depending on the product.
Simply upload your artwork and include any special instructions in the instructions box. To ensure the best print quality, we recommend submitting a high-resolution file.
Before production begins, we will send you a proof for approval and only proceed once it is approved.
What materials are drinkware items made from?
Our drinkware is available in a variety of materials, including stainless steel, ceramic, glass, plastic, and select eco-friendly options. Material availability may vary by product type.
Do you offer eco-friendly options?
Yes, we offer a range of eco-friendly drinkware options.
Our hot and cold cups are primarily made from paper with PET linings to help prevent leaks, both of which are recyclable when properly disposed of.
We also offer reusable drinkware such as mugs, tumblers, and water bottles made from sustainable materials including stainless steel, glass, and recycled plastics. These options are designed to reduce environmental impact while maintaining durability and performance.
What is the minimum order for custom drinkware?
The minimum order quantity is typically 12 pieces, but this may vary depending on the type of drinkware and imprint method.
Are they dishwasher safe?
Dishwasher safety depends on the product and finish.
While some tumblers, mugs, and bottles may be top-rack dishwasher safe, we strongly recommend hand washing all custom-printed or specialty-finish drinkware to preserve the imprint and overall appearance.
Imprinted logos and designs are not guaranteed to withstand dishwasher cleaning and may fade or peel over time.
Do you offer insulated drinkware?
Yes, we offer insulated drinkware.
This includes insulated tumblers, travel mugs, and double-wall insulated water bottles designed to keep beverages hot or cold for extended periods. Please note that insulation availability may vary by product, so we recommend checking the specific item details to confirm whether it includes insulation.
Are the cups safe to use?
Yes. All of our plastic drinkware is BPA-free, ensuring it is safe for everyday use.
Our plastic products are made from high-quality materials, including High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE, Recycle Code 2).
Can mugs be printed with a wrap-around design?
Wrap-around printing is available on select mug styles only.
Most standard mugs support front and back printing. However, certain styles, such as Large Ceramic Beverage Mugs and Classic Brew Ceramic Mugs, can accommodate wrap-around designs.
Availability depends on the specific mug selected, so please check the product details and add your printing instructions in the order notes when placing your order.
Can we do a wrap around print for the Party Flex Frosted Stadium Cups?
No, we can only proceed with both sides print with a max area of 2.50" W x 2.50" H.
Can you confirm how the shot glasses will be packed?
They usually come in boxes of 12. If individual packaging is required there will be an additional cost.
Are your drinkware items suitable for use in the microwave?
Microwave use depends on the product and finish.
Some ceramic or glass mugs may be microwave-safe if they do not contain any metal or metallic finishes.
However, to avoid damage to the product or the imprint, we generally recommend not using custom or printed drinkware in the microwave unless it is specifically stated as microwave-safe.
Can you custom print mugs with raised UV varnish?
Sorry, we currently do not offer raised UV varnish for mugs. Additionally, if the UV varnish process is exposed to high temperatures in dishwashers or microwaves, it may cause the design to fade, and the logo could develop an odor.
How many bottles are on a pallet of 16.9 oz flat water bottles?
One pallet contains 1,728 bottles, which equals 72 cases of 24 bottles each.
